What Is BlipType?:

BlipType at bliptype.com is a curated blog and website directory. It’s owner searches the internet daily for interesting content to share on the blog, in featured content sections, and in the directory.

About BlipType.com History:

Bliptype Project was started officially on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at 11:41 PM CST, however Bliptype.com has a history starting in October 2022 when it started out as MMOHZ (pronounced like memo). Bliptype is a rebranding of my MMOHZ.com website, the original domain for this website, which formerly served as a journal website.

MMOHZ was rebranded to Bliptype which now serves as a content curation blog for sharing links to content I find around the internet. MMOHZ.com did not get as much use for online journaling as I had anticipated. It only got used for about two months, and then sat on the internet with no updates from November 2022 until I decided to rebrand and start using the website again in April 2023 with the new Bliptype.com domain.

Why The Name BlipType?:

I had a few other names in mind for this blog, such as bliptxt, and Bliptips, but I chose Bliptype for the name because it seemed like a more fitting name for the short-form writing and blogging format I use on this blog.

Who Is Behind BlipType?:

The BlipType blog at bliptype.com is owned and operated by David Thrift, a content curator, residing in Southeast Alabama.
